1. Who we are

AgenticWP is a product of Računalničar, Sebastijan Bandur s.p., registered in Slovenia (Tax ID: 68283270, Registration: 8839883000), Marjeta na Dravskem polju 39, 2206 Marjeta na Dravskem polju, Slovenia. We are the data controller for the information processed through this website and our licensing system.

2. What we collect

  • License & account data: email address and, on license verification, the URL of the WordPress site where the plugin is installed.
  • Payment data: processed directly by Stripe. We only receive payment confirmation and billing email, not card details.
  • Support communication: email content you voluntarily send.
  • Server logs: IP address, user agent, and timestamps, retained 30 days for abuse protection.

3. Why we process it

  • Deliver the product you purchased and verify your license.
  • Issue tax-compliant invoices under Slovenian law.
  • Provide support.
  • Prevent abuse (rate limiting, fraud detection).

4. Third parties

  • Cloudflare — hosting + licensing API (EU Standard Contractual Clauses, EEUR region)
  • Stripe — payment processing (PCI DSS certified)
  • Resend — transactional email delivery (EU)

5. Retention

Invoices: 10 years (Slovenian tax law). License records: until expiry + 1 year. Email correspondence: up to 3 years. Server logs: 30 days.

6. Your rights (GDPR)

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection. Contact agenticwp@racunalnicar.eu to exercise any right. You may also lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner at ip-rs.si.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the license portal email.
