1. Provider

2. Product

AgenticWP is a WordPress plugin and MCP (Model Context Protocol) server distributed as digital goods. License delivery is electronic (license key + ZIP via email).

3. License grant

  • Solo: 1 WordPress site, 1 year of plugin updates.
  • Agency: 10 WordPress sites, 1 year of plugin updates.
  • Agency Pro: unlimited sites, 1 year of plugin updates.
  • Lifetime tiers: one-time payment, lifetime updates.

License is non-transferable between different customers. Source code is licensed under GPL-2.0+.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices shown in USD, exclusive of VAT (seller is not VAT-registered). Payment via Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). License key is emailed within minutes after successful payment.

5. 14-day refund

Under Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot Art. 43) you have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund without reason. Contact agenticwp@racunalnicar.eu.

6. Warranty

We warrant that the plugin functions as described. Bugs are fixed promptly. No guarantee of compatibility with all third-party themes/plugins.

7. Liability limits

Our liability is limited to the license fee paid. We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages. Users are responsible for maintaining backups of their WordPress site.

8. Updates

Yearly tiers include 1 year of plugin updates from purchase date. Lifetime tiers include updates for the product lifetime. Renewal is optional — plugin continues to function after updates lapse.

9. Termination

License terminates if terms are materially breached (e.g. reselling, attempts to circumvent license check). Upon termination, plugin must be removed from all sites.

10. Governing law & disputes

Slovenian law applies. Disputes resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the provider’s seat (Maribor, Slovenia). EU consumers may use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
