14-day full refund, no questions asked

If AgenticWP doesn’t work for you within the first 14 days after purchase, we will refund 100% of the amount paid. No questionnaire, no justification required.

How to request

Send an email to agenticwp@racunalnicar.eu with your license key or the email used during purchase. Refund is processed via Stripe within 5 business days.

After 14 days

Outside the 14-day window, refunds are discretionary. If a specific bug prevents the plugin from working on your stack and we can’t fix it promptly, we will refund pro-rata.

Legal basis

Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), Article 43: 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Exercising this right requires no reason. For digital goods, this right extinguishes when the consumer confirms they understood this and consented to immediate digital delivery — we don’t enforce this provision, so the 14-day right always applies.
